How do I set up my Chattanooga Online dialup connection?

This tutorial will help you set up the your computer to connect to Chattanooga Online using your computers telephone modem.

To set up your Chattanooga Online dialup connection

1. Open your computers control panel and click on the Network and Internet Connections link.
2. On the next window pick the Network Connections link.
3. In the Network Tasks section select 'Create a new connection'. Once you click this it will start the New Connection Wizard.

1. Once the New Connection Wizard starts click the 'Next' button.
   
2. Pick 'Connect to the Internet' as the connection type.
   
3. Choose 'Set up my connection manually'.
   
4. Choose 'Connect using a dial-up modem'.
   
5. In the ISP Name area put in Chattanooga Online or whatever you want the connection to be known as.
6. Enter one of the Chattanooga Online phone numbers. The one listed in the following image is our main line but you can use any of the numbers listed on the Dialup Settings page.
   
7. Enter your Chattanooga Online username and password. The two check boxes at the bottom are optional and can be checked or unchecked.
   
8. On the final screen it gives you the option to add a shortcut to your desktop. If you want this leave this checked.
   

Connect to Chattanooga Online

1. If you completed the New Connection Wizard you should not be looking at the following window.
