How do I change my email password?

If your website or email is not hosted on a Chattanooga Online Cpanel server, there is currently no method available for you to change your own password. Please call Chattanooga Online support and we will be happy to help you with this.

If your website is hosted on our Cpanel servers then you have the option to change your own email password as long as you know the current email password. You can also call Chattanooga Online support if you need any help. To do this yourself please follow these steps.

1. Login to your webmail
http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail

2. Enter your login and password. Remember, your login on a Cpanel server is your full email address.
   
3. Click on the change password link.
   
4. Enter the new login and password and click change.
