How do I extract the headers from Microsoft Outlook?

To extract internet email headers from Outlook, please follow the directions below:

1. Open the message you would like the headers from and select View --> Options
   
2. From the Options window select and copy the header.
   
3. Paste the header into a new email and send to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
