New Website for Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce

cleveland-chamber Chattanooga Online launched a major revision of the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce website on April 10, 2008. Working with one of our hosting customers, Sue Lowery of Lowery Design , we adapted Sue's graphic design and built a template framework for the Joomla Content Management System .

Adding a front page slideshow and a Community Calendar, we ported all of the content from the old static HTML site and built a search-engine-friendly URL system to preserve their page locations, which protects the strength of their current search engine rankings.

  • Chamber staffers can now add Press Releases and web links, upload images and PDF's, can update their staff contact information easily, and can edit any of the site pages immediately via a web-based editor.
  • Members of the community can submit their own calendar events, which are held in an editing queue until Chamber site administrators approve and publish them.
