CHATTANOOGA, Tn -- CTC Technologies and
Executone-TCOM announce merger, effective August 01, 2008.
CTC Technologies and
Executone-TCOM have joined together to
become the Chattanooga
areas oldest and largest privately-held interconnect.
Greg Austin, President of
CTC Technologies, commented, “The purpose of the merger was to bring together
two of the largest voice and data companies and form the strongest entity of
products and services including VoIP telephone systems, digital business
systems, hi-speed internet services, data/computer services, collocation,
disaster recovery, data backup and the formation of the largest NEC dealership
in Chattanooga.”
“The merger of CTC and
Executone-TCOM is great for customers, employees and the company. It broadens
the solutions we can offer, it increases the level of support we provide and
positions us for the future with the new converging technologies like VoIP,
SIP, Unified Communications and Data services. This will allow us to provide
cost savings and improved productivity to business in our market” said Tim
Adams, Vice-President of Sales.
Commenting on the merger,

strengths to enhance our operating coverage and provide our client base with

The companies will
continue to operate under their current names and realign under a single name
in a future date to be determined.
The corporate office is
located at 2101 Chestnut Street,
across from Finley Stadium. The Network
Operations Center
is located at 745 E. Main Street.
Operating hours are
Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The company offers a 24-hour-a-day
